Optimize your hue-man experience through multi-dimensional living.
My name is Jade, and it is a pleasure to meet you.
I have learned that being human does not come with an operations manual. Alternatively, we move through life, collecting a unique assortment of experiences, which forges our personal history. We use this to create structure and navigate through life often with no real clear indication of whether we're doing it "right" or not.
I have also learned that there is no "right" or "wrong" way. We experience some arrangement of joy and pain; happiness and sadness; light and dark; love and heartbreak; gratitude and worry; compassion and anger, et al. We weave an intricate pattern of complex diversity using a variegated thread and with this, create many multi-faceted shapes—namely, the roles we play and masks we wear—somehow defining who we are.
Who we are, indeed runs deeper than who think we are. Wayne Dyer said it like this:
"You aren't your work, your accomplishments, your possessions, your home, your family... your anything. You're a creation of your Source, dressed in a physical human body intended to experience and enjoy life on Earth."
The full spectrum of our existence as a Hue-man Being, and Life itself, is created by an intricate weaving of light and shadow mapped out as a means to experience and study. Many will spend an entire lifetime actively seeking the embodiment of only light while successfully fearing the dark. It is not the dark they fear, it's what rests there. Spiritual activation and alignment is an inside job, and we must learn to embrace and feel into all of it to actualize a deep understanding of our true Self.
The shadow begins when we start to adopt the unhealthy belief systems of another and uniquely braid them into a pattern that we learn to identify with as who we are. This collection of belief systems is stored in the subconscious that, although valid, are most often false and opposing to our Being's true nature. These systems are programmed and hardwired through the way of our personal history and reinforced by a conditioned narrative keeping us from optimizing our living experience and that supreme life we are born to live.
The shadow invites us to penetrate all that is held captive and liberate ourselves from slated limitations impeding our great creative potential. We sweep the subconscious clean, take out the trash, reconnect with universal intelligence and prosper in the seat of love. To me, this is living a full life and often the medicine required to thrive as it is encoded with information to unlock the chains that never happened to be locked in the first place.
When we become intimate with our shadow side, we learn to be with our pain as a breadth of intelligent information and a healthy means to heal, rather than suppress it. Naming, owning, working with and through the darkness allows us to deepen the relationship we have with ourselves, broaden and strengthen our compassionate heart, remember our benevolence and create a spacious and fertile environment to graciously welcome the light.
I am here to hold a flame while you sort through your shadow side and reclaim realignment with your own light. Through an offering of rhythmic movement, guided meditation, energy clearing, and relaxation practices, we can safely close the eyes and go beneath the surface to field our darkness. Here, we get to discover the root cause, examine and dissolve habitual patterns, shift our perspective and change the narrative of our beliefs that have been the sounding agents of interference. We all have the opportunity to remember that who we are, runs deeper than who we think we are.
“There is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the voice of the mind - you are the one who hears it.”
― Michael A. Singer, The Untethered Soul
“All that is necessary to awaken to yourself as the radiant emptiness of spirit is to stop seeking something more or better or different, and to turn your attention inward to the awake silence that you are.”
