Human Beings are remarkably receptive to repetition. Repetition will create and deepen the grooves of our emotional, mental and physical architecture, thus creating an imprint of opinions based on our personal history. This shapes and strengthens our beliefs and automatic response system, whether it is serving us or not. And what we repeat becomes our practice.

If you are reading this, you are probably craving change in what you are currently practicing, whether you realize it for yourself or not. Change in the way you feel, think, speak, breathe, move, love... Maybe you seek a shift in the way you see yourself, your experience, and others. Perhaps you are looking for new ways to improve vitality, contribute to society's well-being and the health of our planet. Maybe you are ready to open yourself to opportunity, become magnetic, and live that magnificent life know you were born to live.

Whatever the reason, breaking old habitual patterns and imparting new ones is essential, and it starts with making a commitment to yourself. 

Our environment--both internal and external--is required to shift to make these long-lasting adjustments to how we feel and perceive our lives. And it takes practice to make these shifts, unlearn habitual patterns and remember the way we intended for us to embody.

Intentional breath-initiated movement and meditation will begin to alter the organization of the brain, thus creating the space to encourage change in the mind's responses.
